I was often doubted by coaches, cut from teams, put on the bench. But despite all this, my love for the game, and my passion remained.

By the end of my career at the age of 23, I was playing with some of the best players in the Country, and earned a Full Ride to play College Soccer.

I was invited to train and play for the Chicago Fire Academy, and was able to train regularly with Professional Players, National Champions, MLS Champions, U.S. National Team Players. etc.

If you look back at where I started, and then where I finished – you would have either said the accomplishment was impossible, or highly unlikely.

As I like to tell people – I got to taste what it was like to be a Pro, and to me that was everything. At 13, 14, or 15 years old I would have done anything to taste that.

In retrospect, this journey, and this success has now put me in a position to serve other young players – especially those who want to play in college or professionally.

You see, I learned how to overcome doubt from others, doubt from myself, inconsistency, and lack of confidence. I was able to instill the right mindset, attitude, and overall approach to the
game that allowed me to become successful.
